A Rustic Touch

Terms and Conditions

Full payment for your items will need to be paid 2 weeks before your wedding date.

A deposit of £100.00 will need to be paid to secure your day for the Rustic Bundle.

A deposit of £150.00 will need to be paid to secure your day for the Ultimate Rustic Bundle.

A deposit of £100.00 will need to be paid to secure your day for the Flower Arch.

We ask for 20% of the total centre piece hire.

Once a deposit has been made that date is solely booked for you and no other weddings will be booked on that date.

We ask that once final payment has been made that you send us information/ photos of where you would like your items to be on the day of your wedding. We will do everything we can to ensure it is where you would like on the day so it will be perfect for you.


Depending on the time of your wedding we will aim to drop your items off the morning of the wedding and will pick up the items the day after at the venue of which we dropped them off.

A refundable deposit will be paid back to your account in which you secured your deposit once collected from the venue within 3-4 working days as long as all items are in their original condition and all pieces are together.

Any missing items will be individually deducted from the deposit.

Please note that the nature of this business is very rustic and therefore certain wood types may expand, flake or slightly change in shape due to temperature change please note that if this does happen we will not be responsible for this but will do our up most with all our products to keep them in a safe environment to prevent this from happening.

Please note that bespoke Items that are made bespoke to you have a different cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel within 16 weeks prior to your wedding you will not receive a full refund as this will cover the time to make them bespoke to you. This includes the table plan, best day sign and order of the day sign.

The flower arch comes with no flowers attached as part of the Ultimate bundle or when hired on it's own. We can add artificial flowers on it at an additional cost.

We ask that if it is raining or windy that the flower arch is not to be placed outside as this will damage the wood and also the flowers.

We ask you not to move the arch to save any damage to the arch in the process of moving it.

We offer a free drop off service to any venue within a 20 mile radius from our home location in Alvechurch.  Anything over the 20 mile radius will incur a travel charge. The travel is charged at 0.50p per mile for all travel including the journey to the venue and back.

There is no additional charge if you want to change your date, depending on availability.

Cancellation policy: You will receive 100% of your deposit if you cancel up until 6 weeks before your wedding. After this date, you will receive 50% of your deposit if you cancel up until 2 weeks before your wedding. If you cancel within 2 weeks before your wedding you will not receive any refund of your deposit.
